Strategy
We seek to acquire or partner with groups with underlying EBITDA positive hospitality assets which we can improve and grow.
We consolidate these assets under a single back office providing financial, HR and marketing support but look to incentivise and motivate ambitious operators.
We will also look to restructure, turnaround and modernise underperforming assets with menu and branding development and the application of good technology.
